Drawstring Bags and Tote Bags Adopted at Fortissimo H

Chef Hironobu Tsujiguchi, the owner and chef of Fortissimo H, has introduced drawstring bags and tote bags dyed with cacao husks.
Cacao husks are the outer shells of cacao beans, the raw material for chocolate.
Typically discarded during the production process, these husks have been repurposed by FOOD TEXTILE for dyeing.
Rich in dietary fiber and known for their odor-absorbing properties, cacao husks also carry a subtle chocolate aroma.
Each bag is carefully crafted at domestic dyeing and sewing factories in Japan.
