The popular brand "G-SHOCK (GMD-S5600CT)" of "CASIO", a brand that combines the practicality of the concept of "unbreakable watch" and the indispensability of culture such as sports, music, and fashion, has adopted FOOD textile as the material for the cross band color.
In addition, the band material uses "TRUECOTTON", a safe and secure Turkish organic cotton developed by Toshima.
This G-SHOCK model uses eco-material "biomass plastic", reducing environmental impact by utilizing renewable organic resources. By incorporating "FOOD TEXTILE", which reuses discarded food as dye, and safe organic cotton "TRUECOTTON" cultivated in a way that does not burden the global environment or producers, we have been able to contribute to the company's efforts. The raw material for the color of the cross band uses colors extracted from discarded food radishes and cherries, resulting in a soft and gentle color derived from nature.
