The innerwear brand “sora-ai,” launched around September last year, has adopted FOOD TEXTILE.
Sora-ai offers items designed for women with sensitive skin, helping them care for themselves and spend their days comfortably. The brand was founded by the designer, who herself has struggled with delicate skin and had trouble finding suitable innerwear.
All parts that come into contact with the skin are made with 100% organic cotton. In addition, by crafting each piece using seamless three‑dimensional knitting, the garments are designed to minimize stiffness and irritation that can be caused by seam allowances. Because these items come into direct contact with sensitive skin, both the materials and sewing methods are carefully considered, and production is carried out in Japan.
Among the multiple color variations, the three colors adopted using FOOD TEXTILE are Light Yellow (Matcha), Blue Gray (Red Turnip), and Khaki Gray (Semburi). Each features a soft, gentle hue that blends naturally with the skin. Please take a look if you have a chance.
